The Experience

Each day unfolds naturally — with slow mornings, local explorations, hands-on cooking, and long, unhurried meals shared around the table.
You’ll stay in a traditional Andalusian cortijo — a private countryside home surrounded by nature, with open landscapes, quiet surroundings, and a pool to unwind under the sun. A place to disconnect, slow down, and fully immerse yourself in the pace of the land.
Mornings might begin with coffee outdoors, fresh air, and stillness. Days are spent cooking, exploring nearby villages, or walking through olive groves and countryside trails. Afternoons invite rest — by the pool, in the shade, or wherever the moment takes you.
Evenings gather around the table, with food, conversation, and the warmth of Andalusian hospitality.
Led by the Paellas San Juan team, you’ll cook alongside local chefs and learn techniques passed down through generations — from open-fire cooking to traditional tapas and desserts rooted in the region.
