The Experience
Over the course of eight days, guests will immerse themselves in the flavors and traditions that define Spain’s Mediterranean soul. Each day unfolds naturally — with leisurely breakfasts, local explorations, hands-on cooking experiences, and long, joyful meals shared around the table.
You’ll stay in a private countryside estate, surrounded by olive groves and the soft hum of cicadas. Mornings may begin with a visit to a nearby market or an olive oil mill, afternoons with a paella class or a winery visit, and evenings with candlelit dinners under the Andalusian sky.
Led by our Paellas San Juan team, you’ll cook side by side with local chefs, learning traditional techniques passed down through generations — from perfecting paella over an open flame to crafting tapas and desserts inspired by the region’s heritage.

Includes: accommodations, all meals (except for one free afternoon when guests may explore and dine independently), culinary workshops, local excursions, wine and olive oil tastings, and ground transportation within Spain from our designated meeting point.

Airfare to and from Spain, as well as transportation between our Madrid hotel and the airport on arrival and departure days, are not included. (Transfers typically cost around €20 by taxi or €4 by train/metro.)
