a CULINARY & NATURE RETREAT in

menorca

A Mediterranean island defined by light, sea, and raw beauty.

This is where I’m from — and this experience is an invitation to see Menorca from the inside: through its food, its landscapes, and the way life actually feels here. Days move between the coast and the countryside — between salt water, fire, and the table.

The Experience

Step into Menorca as it truly is.

Mornings begin outside — fire lit, bread warming, and sobrasada slowly melting over toasted slices, finished with a touch of honey. A simple ritual, and one that was part of my childhood growing up on the island.

From there, the day opens: swims in hidden calas, coastal paths, time in the water, and landscapes that shift constantly between wild and peaceful. You’ll stay in a private countryside home — a traditional island house surrounded by nature, with space to gather, cook, and unwind after long days exploring.

Some days are spent exploring — cliffs, caves, talayots, small villages. Others stay closer — cooking together, resting, or simply enjoying the house and its surroundings.

Evenings come back to what matters — the table. Food, conversation, and that effortless way of being together that defines Mediterranean life.

A Taste of menorca

Menorca is shaped by both sea and stone. We move along the Camí de Cavalls — a historic coastal path that reveals cliffs, hidden coves, and open horizons.

At times, the island opens into caves carved into the rock — vast, quiet spaces that feel almost unreal. At others, it leads into its distant past — where prehistoric structures still stand across the land. Massive stone towers, ancient settlements, and ceremonial spaces that form part of Menorca’s talayotic heritage, now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage landscape.

We also step into the everyday life of the island — visiting the local fish market, walking through historic cloisters, and moving through places as they are lived, not staged.

From coast to countryside, Menorca reveals itself in layers — through texture, history, and light.
